But Mori was the first person to say I didn't need to replace my windows...he was honest, professional, affable, and respectful.   Contacted Morri to fix my window, he arranged a time and provided a couple of quotes depending on the parts needed. At the day and time agreed he messaged to inform that the price has more than doubled. First of all if the pricing has changed do inform your clients earlier and not at the time of arrival. Secondly I was very specific with videos and photos of the problem it’s either one or 2 parts with you to provide an initial quotation.
